You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Their will be a small freight charge for any goods that are just returned for refund. We can ship to virtually any address in the Australia. We do not charge shipping to any part of Australia, if the goods are purchased online. We use Australia Post with tracking Numbers.
